The rains came today appearing to want to play
But they got a little rough before they went away
They blew and howled the corners off my tent
And left me a little drenched before they went
I’ve learned to read the signs and anticipate
Before they get close and open the floodgate
Gone now, there’s laughing in the visitors row
The rains full spent, breezes more gently blow
It’s a pleasant afternoon along the North Shore
It’s a fun place to come wine, dine and explore
Hope to see you someday soon with any luck
